Call this a little foreshadowing for what’s next to come. A tribute to a place where Leo Sea House was put into heart.

A refreshing combination of santol and ube, topped with fermented mangoes picked during the summer season.

Our Santol granita is an homage to the story of Panitan farmers and their tradition of bringing sacks of santol to give to household hosts, who serve it to the community during Fiesta Day.

The original inubaran soup is usually made with native chicken, ubod sang saging (banana stalk), and chili leaves, which inspired the flavours of our soup.

Itik is usually cooked for hours with anise, pineapple, and saging na saba, which inspired our glaze.

With a few substitutions, this is our pescetarian version of this hearty soup.

PAMASAW
is to have a small bite of a freshly cooked dish.

Seeing the sumptuous spread on the fiesta table, one can’t help but hear their tummy rumble and ask for a little bite before the feast officially begins. This will be served in amuse bouche style.

A cultural celebration that we grew up with, featuring dishes you can only taste during fiesta day in Panitan town.

We present Last Dance, the final chapter of Leo Sea House’s Capiz menu, honoring the town where we were born and raised.

A glimpse of Panitan’s fiesta.

August in Capiz is a month of celebration. The perya runs, the music plays, and the whole town comes alive.

Last Dance showcases the flavors of that celebration, now at our table.

Sa pag-alala ng nakaraan, kasama ang selebrasyon.

Past Tense brought us to the source: the market, the sea, the table we grew up eating at. Last Dance takes us one step further, now with the whole town invited.

Every August, Panitan opens its doors for fiesta season. The kind of celebration where the street is the dining room and everyone has a seat.

We invite you to this celebration we call Last Dance.

Malipayon nga fiesta sa tanan! 🌊

From harvest to plate.

What you’ve seen at the source now comes together in our Pinaisan—tuba, tablea, batwan, kalo-kalo.

Even down to the very thing we use to cook our food has a reason why. Know more about our current menu, Past Tense.
