One of our newbie mistakes when we were starting, was actually buying a blade grinder rather than a burr grinder. T'was indeed very inconsistent and produces really bitter coffee. Our advice? GET. YOURSELF. A. BURR. GRINDER. it makes HUUUGE difference.
