🚨🚨NEW DROP🚨🚨

Chiroso has become one of the most talked-about coffee varieties in recent years, known for its floral character, vibrant fruit notes, and remarkable quality in the cup. Once believed to be unique to Colombia, research has linked Chiroso to Ethiopian landrace genetics, helping explain its distinctive profile and growing presence on competition stages around the world.

This coffee comes from Finca Betania in Palestina, Huila, where and his family continue a tradition of producing exceptional coffees with a deep respect for both quality and origin. Their work has helped showcase the potential of Chiroso and the unique terroir of Huila to coffee enthusiasts worldwide.

🚚 The Red Truck of Araku 🚚

High in India’s Araku Valley, coffee grows on small plots tended by indigenous farming communities. Reaching these remote hill farms was once a challenge, until a red truck began its daily climb through winding mountain roads, stopping village by village to collect freshly harvested cherries.

More than transport, the red truck became a symbol of cooperation. It connected farmers to one another, to fair pricing, and to a shared future through the Araku Coffee Cooperative.

This coffee carries that journey. Gently roasted for filter, it expresses the valley’s character with notes of plum, berries, milk chocolate, and hazelnut. Bright, sweet, and quite complex.

Country: India
Region: Andhra Pradesh
Origin: Araku Valley, Hukumpeta District
Processing: Natural
Variety: SLN.5b and Cauvery Arabica
Altitude: 1000 masl
Weight: 200g
Agtron Roast Color: Very Light
Notes: We taste and smell plum, berries, milk chocolate, hazelnuts

Recommended brewing temp is 93c 🌑️
