“Meatslut” envisions an establishment that recognizes and provides the quality and flavours of the decadent past while combining the simplicity, humility and technology of the contemporary. A humble kitchen capable of bringing out perfectly seared, fried, grilled, and smoked, animals and “offals”. ”( Offal, also called variety meats or organ meats, refers to the internal organs and entrails of a butchered animal.) Mission
Our intent is to influence and educate our patrons with the taste palate of the opulent past without being intimidated by price and service. We will promote accuracy and consistency by utilizing modern equipment and studies and applying them to classical recipes until we learn to combine these principles and tools to create our own flavours.
