Hi, everyone! The devastation of Typhoon Ulysses has hit very close to home. A lot of people in Tuguegarao, including my relatives, have lost all of their belongings and need help to rebuild.

This weekend, I’ll be making CRINKLES FOR CAGAYAN. All proceeds will be donated to relief efforts in Tuguegarao, Cagayan.

🔸White Chocolate Crinkles (with or without sprinkles)

Php 240/dozen 🔸 PhP 140/half dozen

Free delivery for Marcelo/Severina neighbors. Delivery fee c/o buyer for other areas. You may also order other baked goods subject to availability.

Also open to accepting in-kind donations for baby clothes and supplies.

Here’s what’s baking for the month of September 🤩 We also have something new on the menu — the Coffee Bean Cookies!☕️ It’s become one of my faves to munch on after meals 😅

I have no fixed baking days this month since it’s becoming busier with work, so just send me your orders & I’ll make them ASAP 😊 off-the-menu items may be available, too, so just ask!

(PS. Some prices have changed since I also changed my supplier and upgraded some ingredients, too!)

Vegan Cashew Brownies 🌱

After researching and making sure my ingredients are vegan, I finally made this batch of brownies for our Big Boss/CEO at work. So you can bet they’re vegan or else my job may be on the line 😅 I’m quite delighted at how fudgy these turned out to be. If I didn’t know any better, I won’t even think they’re egg/dairy free!

Back story: my sister is based in El Nido, where she is living the island life as a yoga instructor. She was supposed to come home for a break, then the lockdown happened a couple of days before her flight. Since then it has been close to impossible (or just too stressful) to find a way home. Last time we saw her was when we left for Australia after Christmas. Needless to say, we really wish she could safely come home soon 💕
