ni Arceli started way back in 2009.The owner and cook, Arceli Santos ,a plain housewife thought of establishing a small business to help her husband earn money and gain additional income for their family’s expenses. Arceli Santos is also selling frozen processed foods and frozen meat products during holiday season.
