We got scammed last night 😔

Around 10:33 PM, may incident na nangyari sa store namin.
A rider came in habang naka-video call with someone claiming na siya yung customer. Umorder siya ng 15 pcs ng Dubai Chewy Cookies. Then pinakita ng rider yung screenshot ng GCash payment na ₱1,950, making it look like successfully sent na sa amin.
Of course, our staff felt happy and excited—malaking order yun. Pero when we checked our GCash account, ang pumasok lang is ₱1.00, not ₱1,950.
Ang bigat lang sa pakiramdam. As a small business, bawat order mahalaga sa amin. Situations like this don’t just affect us financially, but emotionally din.
We’re sharing this not to gain sympathy, but to raise awareness. Please always double-check payments before releasing any orders, especially sa mga ganitong klaseng transactions.
