Basa, earned the interest in the field of food industry. Year 2000, the restaurant started as a canteen at Cataluna Street in Espana, Sampaloc, Manila. Michelle's father owns a diner, Dad's Food Haus (2001), and 4 mini-stores (2002) at different bus stations. quer food industry. Francis, also known as "Chef Bab", started to take Culinary Arts at Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Arts, Inc., from 2008 to 2010. The couple then started joining tradeshows, events, and cooking competitions, 2009 to 2011. In the same year, they participated in bazaars at Mercato Centrale, Night Food Market. Chef Bab's Sisig at Mercato BGC, Levante Eastwood, Andare Glorietta 1, MOA Bahia, Mckinley Venice Piaza, School Bazaar, and a lot more. In 2014, they became a canteen concessionaire at Mapua University in Manila, and apart from that, a caterer at Easecox Group of Companies up to date. From that year, they joined DeLa Salle University - Manila Bazaar until 2016. Moving on from 2015, they joined Greenfield District - Night Food Market (every Friday to Saturday). CHEF BAB'S HOUSE OF SISIG was officially introduced and came in public on May 10, 2017 at University Mall in Manila, and following 2018, at Mapua University in Makati. Presently, the company flawlessly operating in 3 different areas specifically at University Mall Manila, Food Stall - Mapua University Manila Campus, and lastly, at Mapua University Makati Campus - Food Kiosk.
