Thank you Mam Princess for your orders of our Salt and Pepper Crabs! When Mr. Roberto P**n started his humble restaurant IN Mabini in 1974, there was NO MENU. His signature shrimp dish that is old is Salt and Pepper Live Suahe that's why ALL of our Salt and Pepper dishes are delicious even our latest for our vegetarians, the Salt and Pepper Fried Tofu.

Welcoming guests from Chongqing, China today. Thank you Sir Jun for bringing them to try our old dishes, the TRIUMVERATE (SPECIAL LAPU, SPECIAL BEEF AND SPECIAL SQUID) that has never been copied and can't be found anywhere else in Asia yes, including China. Our customers always know where to bring their Chinese guests from overseas for an authentic Chinoy food experience na hindi ka mapapahiya.

Our favorite scene was watching one of them pour the leftover soup from our authentic Braised Beef Noodles on plain rice in his bowl. Here, our food serves as a unifying symbol. We have served Chinese from Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, Taiwan, China and even the Japanese plus Koreans the same bowl and they all love it. That's why we are always proud to say that we don't mess with or take lightly the word here.

We were most proud to tell them that we lasted this long by purely word of mouth and nothing else. Sir Jun was first brought by his own father to the Mabini Branch during his childhood. It was also the young gentleman on his right side's first time here, an excellent Mandarin speaker from CKSC. We have 3 new customers today and they learned the meaning of our hashtag **n . ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Our Salt and Pepper Live Crab. We are the only restaurant that serves our claws cracked and Salt and Pepper Live Shrimp was one of the original dishes of Mr. Roberto P**n when he started his resto ago so our customers here know, any of our S&P dishes are yummy. Highly recommended to be paired with our gayuma garlic rice.
