It is a new system, our 7th adaptation to our current situation. Known to be the most authentic and the best braised Beef Noodles in town for several decades even by the Taiwan Embassy itself. Boiling and cooking for 2 whole days (just like how the Japanese cook their ramen soups) hence a very different kind of depth of flavor, it's nowhere near the common beef Mami you have seen and tasted everywhere.

Welcoming our guest from Beijing, China who heard about us through WeChat. Originally coming for the Special Beef and Braised Beef Noodles, he ended up **n our Beef Ampalaya Rice and Fishball Soup. Looking forward to him coming back to try our China - famous AUTHENTIC Braised Beef Noodles and our - old NEVER BEEN COPIED DISH( which also can't be found in China) na Special Beef. Kudos to all our customers from China the last year and a half especially from St. Paul's College for promoting us by word of mouth, still Mr. Roberto P**n 's preferred way of promoting our restaurant.
