He was also well - known for his version of the PINOY Crispy Pata. Did you also know that the rice we serve here is a mix made by him as well which we sell by sacks. ♥️♥️♥️

Thank you to the Dee family for choosing to have their last dinner in Manila before flying back to the US today. They were eating at our OG Mabini Branch as kids once a month and have never forgotten our food despite moving overseas. Each sibling and person has their own favorite dishes. Happy to note that after eating here for several decades, they still discovered our other signature dishes because the number one "sickness" of our customers is ordering EXACTLY THE SAME DISHES everytime they come to visit.😁😁 Happy to note that their youngest said last night, "l don't like chami in China but l love your version." We are happy to see that the sun is finally out today after 2 weeks, so have a safe trip home and until you're next visit. To sia! ❤️❤️
