Our young chefs from Tañong High School and Quezon City High School completed their hands-on cooking experience with the Cabalen Training Institute, learning from the teams behind Cabalen, Mangan, SOI, and Tsurumaru. 🎓✨

For their Tsurumaru experience, they stepped into Japanese cooking and learned to prepare Omusubi and Katsudon from start to finish.

As part of Cabalen Para sa Kabataan, students from Tañong High School and Quezon City High School joined our chefs from Cabalen, Mangan, SOI, and Tsurumaru for a hands-on cooking experience.

For Tsurumaru, they explored Japanese cooking as they learned how to prepare Omusubi and Katsudon, picking up new techniques while having fun in the kitchen. ✨

A day of new skills, delicious dishes, and unforgettable moments! ❤️
