“Brooklyn’s Restaurant and Chill Lounge” aims to introduce a new innovation in the context of fine-dining restaurants. Fine-dining restaurants offer the finest in quality, service and atmosphere. The quality of food and prices tend to be higher than those of conventional fast food entities but may be lower than traditional formal and/or hotel dining. Our restaurant concept is inspired by the preva
lent diner entities located at the heart of New York, USA. Though we do have an American Diner Concept, we modified our menu and place to suit the Philippine setting and Filipino’s unparalleled taste buds. Along with our restaurant banner “A place for good folks”, we cater to the responsible and classy drinkers within the area which is known to be our niche market. We cater to the people who do not want to expose themselves into the wrangling world of modern bars along with the distressing acts associated with it. We aim to offer high-end service and food at reasonable prices. Our products are benchmarked from and inspired by the pioneer brands which we innovated. Our goal is to provide accessible fine-dining experience. Moreover, we intend to introduce our unique blends of drinks that would break the pattern of serving common drinks among the stalls nearby. Our restaurant serves mild cocktail mixes and beers with low percentage in alcoholic content. We do not serve hard drinks. We aspire to indulge our customers with our unique fusion of flavors complimented by our drinks at reasonable prices. In order for us to fully respond to the needs of our customers, we will also offer daily breakfast delivery on weekly rates and food delivery service within tower 1 and hopefully expanding also to tower 2. More than our sumptuous food, we also provide quality amenities and amusement materials such us board games, sound and television sets. These amenities would not cause unreasonable community disturbances.
