Not only our spices are authentic, but our chef himself is a professional chef! A Filipino international chef who moved in Middle East (Kingdom of Bahrain) when he was younger to study and eventually worked as a chef there. He lived, studied and worked in Bahrain for 9 years.
Recieved different kinds of award while working, and even featured on a news paper in Bahrain while he was taking his internship at Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa. Featured his very own shawarma on a magazine as "Top 5 Best Shawarma in Bahrain" while he was working at the Biggest resort in Bahrain, The Lost Paradise of Dilmun Waterpark.
He also worked in a 5 star luxury hotel in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates for 2 years.

Why do I have to post this? Not to impress, but to asure you that the quality and the taste of our food is as legit as every caption of our menu. We don't stick with the quantity, but the quality.
