Mga kababayan, manatili po tayong nakatutok dahil lalo pang nag-aalab ang ating pagdiriwang ng Araw ng Kalayaan dito sa Mercadillo!Para sa ating susunod na natatanging bilang, isang napakalaking karangalan na makasama natin ang isa sa mga pinakarespetado at nangungunang resident companies ng Cultural Center of the Philippines simula pa noong 1986. Itinatag ng ating yumaong National Artist para sa Sayaw na si Ramon A. Obusan, patuloy nilang ibinabahagi ang tunay na kaluluwa, sining, at buhay ng kulturang Pilipino sa buong mundo.Ngayong hapon, masasaksihan natin ang kanilang tanyag at de-kalidad na pagtatanghal! kanilang indak ng mga buhay na melodiya mula sa kanilang sariling Rondalla—ang string ensemble na gigising sa tibok ng ating pusong Pinoy!Mga kababayan, salubungin natin ng isang masigabong palakpakan... ang walang katulad, Ramon Obusan Folkloric Group!"

Prince Rolan Gazo, one of the youngest voice students at mACEtro Art School, took the stage at the Mercadillo Independence Day celebration inside the historic walled city of Intramuros. Seeing the next generation honor our heritage through such powerful music is exactly what this day is all about.
