Who are we?
Our History.
In his late 40's, brainchild Ernesto Pacis encouraged his group of friends to start up a business in pursuit of a better living.
1989 when they opened The Original Pares Mami House under The Original Pares Mami House Corporation in Dr. Alejos, La loma Quezon City which he was positioned as President until the present date.
He also became the heart of the kitchen concocting different recipes and the famous "Pares sliced beef" taste that every pinoy craves up until to-day.
32 years after his first venture Ernesto on his 80th birthdate expresses his desire to expand his business this time, with his family to preserve his legacy.
Thus, The Original Pares under the Pacis Restaurants Corporation was borne with Ernesto as an Adviser and his first child is now the President/ CEO Mr. GILBERT LAGDAAN PACIS.
