Chong’s Siomai Rice – Ermita Branch is Permanently Closed
To our dear customers, friends, and supporters,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of our Ermita branch. This decision wasn’t easy, but after careful thought and consideration, we’ve come to the end of this chapter.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported us over the years whether you stopped by for a quick bite, brought your friends along, or simply cheered us on from afar. Your loyalty and love for our food meant the world to us, and we’re proud to have been a part of your everyday moments.
A special thank you to the last two staff members who stayed and stood by the store until the very end. Your commitment, care, and loyalty didn’t go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for your dedication.
While our doors are now closed, the memories and the relationships we’ve built will stay with us. We may be saying goodbye for now, but we’ll always carry the spirit of Chong’s Siomai Rice with us wherever the future leads.
