Uncle Fatty Food.Fresh.Fast Our menu changes every week. We have two menus for two different people. The "Regulars" menu is for those who don't count their calories.

We like to keep the calories at an acceptable level but sometimes we just need comfort food, like Pork Humba and Egg. Each meal comes with either a side dish or a dessert, depending on whats available. The Calorie Counted menu is for people who are health and calorie conscious. Both menus are pre-planned and are available in either solo orders or weekly orders and all of our ingredients are sourced daily to keep them fresh.

Feeling bummed coz the scale numbers are increasing even with a dialed in diet and workout plan? Don't be! The numbers on your weighing scale doesnt necessarily mean you aren't progressing.

Screengrabs taken in separate days. Weight went up but visercal fat is the same. Body fat percentage dropping and skeletal muscle mass increasing, clothes are a bit loose than usual. Is that good? Absolutely! Now to push more to be better!
