All aboard for a sweet afternoon of chocolate and storytelling!

Join our head pastry chef, Grace Aquino, for the Midnight Chocolate Train : Little Chocolatier Workshop on this 2-hour interactive experience where kids discover how chocolate is made through storytelling, sensory learning, and hands-on fun. From making their own chocolate bars to dipping treats, this workshop is designed to spark creativity and curiosity.

We are excited to launch our newest workshop! Join our head pastry chef, Grace Aquino, for a fun afternoon all about Dubai Chewy Cookies!

Join our head pastry chef and chocolatier, Grace Aquino, for a fun afternoon creating the viral Dubai Chewy Cookies! Learn how to make marshmallows from scratch and transform them into a variety of decadent chewy cookie flavors inspired by the famous Dubai chocolate trend.

Participants will enjoy a hands-on experience and take home 6 handmade chewy cookies and their own marshmallow confections, along with tips and techniques from a professional chocolatier.

Inspired by The Midnight Chocolate Train: How Chocolates Are Made, the children journeyed through the world of cacao and chocolate while bringing the story to life through hands-on activities. We loved seeing their curiosity, creativity, and excitement, and we can't wait to welcome them back for more sweet adventures at Dahlia Chocolates!
