Hong Kong meets Manila.

For the first edition of Binondo Soho, Lazy Suzy welcomes .hk the acclaimed Cantonese cocktail salon from Hong Kong, represented by Moses Yuen.

Inspired by Kinsman’s A Tale of Chinatowns menu which featured Binondo alongside Chinatowns from around the world, the collaboration brings together cocktails, cuisine, and shared stories from Hong Kong and Manila.

Joining the collaboration is our very own Chef , whose modern East Asian cooking draws from Cantonese, Korean, and Japanese traditions through a distinctly Manila lens.

Together, they present a menu inspired by Kinsman’s creative exploration of Chinatown culture and the enduring connection between Hong Kong and the world’s oldest Chinatown, Binondo.
