In case you’re wondering what’s the fleshy thing that moves around on top of the okonomiyaki, it is actually called Katsuobushi かつお節 or Bonito Flakes. It is made out of fish that has been smoked, fermented, and then shaved into super thin slices that cause to move upon contact into heat. 😮
It is a widely used ingredient in Japanese dishes because it gives alot of umami. 🇯🇵

Kaito kun’s Okonmiyaki use a good amount of bonito to cover every bite! And the best part? It’s only P129❗️🤷🏽‍♂️
