Jorge Mendez and Josh Boutwood come together for Tables Without Borders, a one-night-only four-hands dinner. Bringing together two chefs with different backgrounds and perspectives, the evening is built around one simple idea: creating great food and sharing it around the table. Expect a collaborative, family-style menu shaped by instinct, conversation, and a love for cooking without labels.

Tables Without Borders will be hosted at Juniper by Josh Boutwood, Shangri-La Plaza, on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Seating begins at 6:00 PM.
