Introducing Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez’s signature set menu series—𝗟𝗢𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗖𝗢𝗦—an epicurean homage to the historical connection between Cantabria and Cadíz, the hometowns of our restaurant Chef de Cuisine Álvaro Romero-abreu and Creative Culinary Director, Chef Chele Gonzalez.
