The company started its operation in 2000 as manufacturer of dimsum and dumplings. In 2005, we thought of establishing our own dimsum and dumplings shops as we supplying the needs of the business. We started with one shop which became five branches and started franchising system with Miguella Food Enterprise and VNS Food Shop. The Lu Chi Authentic Dimsum House was not only serving dimsum and dumplings( sharksfin and kutchay). Also, we have different variants of siomai like pork, chicken, pork mega, Japanese and beef siomai. In Addition, we have varieties of siopao (Asado, Bola Bola and Thai Pao) and sushi (California Maki, Teka Maki, Kani Maki). To standardize the quality of the siomai and siopao sauces served by the stores, the firm started manufacturing its sauces since the business started.
