Break time. Do you know that doing focused work for 25 minutes and taking a 5 minute break every after 25 minutes is more productive than working continuously for hours? Yes, true!

That’s called pomodoro technique. Plan your work then time your tasks for 25 minutes each. Do 4 25-minute focused work and take a 5-minute break after each 25 minutes. After doing 1 batch of 4 25-minute focused work, take a longer break. Yes, longer than 5 minutes.
