The Commissary / Production Officer have full and final responsibility for managing all activities and functions of a commissary with a full range of departments; (i.e. Management Support, Commissary, Warehouse, Logistics, QA, Maintenance, Production and other functions)

- Conducting price cut negotiations for all products on a regular basis, or suppressing price increases

He/She will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about our menu, products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives, maintaining our online sites.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages all company communication and inquiries via social media and online channels
- Ensure leads are converted to sales
- Processes the e-Commerce system and ensure that order bookings are endorsed to the branches efficiently
