Our PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE KATAIFI CRUNCH CHUBBY BAR starts with toasted kataifi pastry that is mixed with melted butter & sugar and layered with Milk Chocolate Ice Cream that is dipped in a milk chocolate shell from Risa Chocolates.

We then take that mini bar and wrap it in Pistachio Ice Cream, dip it in a Pistachio Butter shell and garnish it with more toasted kataifi & a Risa milk chocolate drizzle.

ANATOMY OF A CHUBBY BAR

We start with a mini-Ice Cream bar filled with buttered toasted kataifi pastry and Milk Chocolate Ice Cream which we dip in Risa Milk Chocolate. We take that mini-bar and place it inside a larger Ice Cream bar mold and fill it with Pistachio Ice Cream that we make with real pistachios.

When it hardens, we unmold it and dip it in pistachio butter for a double layer of pistachio goodness. Finally we top it with a sprinkle of toasted kataifi and a Risa milk chocolate drizzle!

Layer upon layer upon layer of flavor and texture to make the perfect bite! Available this FRIDAY, JULY 31 at our shop in The Podium and in our online shop for delivery and pick-up! Try it and see why It's Great To Be Chubby!
