EBC (EVERYTHING BUT CHEESE, Mandaluyong, Philippines)

We are a fast-growing cheese-themed restaurant chain with a passion for creating the cheesiest experience for our customers. We have 24 branches at multiple locations in Luzon, Philippines, and are looking for business development partners and strategic sales professionals for future business expansion.

We are seeking experienced and motivated business development & account executive professionals to join our team. Your responsibilities will involve identifying franchise and sales opportunities related to our cheesy concept and selling our cheesy proposition to potential partners.

1. Business Development Professional

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential franchise and strategic retail partners
• Qualify leads and conduct outreach
• Negotiate deals to expand the company footprint
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets
• Manage business development pipeline

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in business development or account management
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Hospitality Management and allied courses
• This is for (the Philippines) local hire only.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience. Bonus and commission structure.

2. Account Executive

We are seeking experienced and ambitious sales professionals to join our growing team and sell our inline store and kiosk models to retailers. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, negotiating deals, and closing sales of our turnkey store and kiosk solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years proven success in an inside sales role selling retail solutions
• Experience selling inline stores, brand shops, pop-up stores, or kiosk models
• Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our retail concepts
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential retailers interested in our inline store or kiosk models
• Cold call, conduct in-person meetings and present store layouts/design options
• Explain how our retail concepts can drive increased traffic and sales for the customer
• Negotiate lease terms, revenue sharing and other deal components
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets
• Manage account and prospect list
