We’ve been working on something new.

KURĪMU ZERO is our first zero sugar line — something we’ve wanted to make for a while, and something that took us further outside our usual way of making ice cream than we expected.

The goal was simple: make an ice cream we’d genuinely want to eat, without the sugar.

We’ve spent a lot of time getting it right. We’re excited, a little nervous, and very curious to hear what you think.

Last August 20, Kurīmu unveiled its most unexpected ice cream collaboration yet with iconic brand , in partnership with .net .inq. At the center of it all: Kurīmu’s bold new creation—Miso Peanut Butter with Nagaraya Brittle, paired with an Adobo Nagaraya cone.

The evening at .ph brought together Manila’s most inspiring voices in visual arts, food and mixology, fashion, and culture. Closing the night, the final portraits captured the people at the heart of this collaboration: Kurīmu Co-Founders Bryan and Maxine Kong, visual artist Billie Jean Chuaunsu, Nagaraya Chairman and President Johannes Chuaunsu, business speaker, author and columnist Francis Kong, and Nagaraya Vice-Chairman and EVP Jovanni Chuaunsu.

Inspired by Kapwani Kiwanga’s ‘The Length of the Horizon’ during our co-founders’ recent trip to Copenhagen, our latest pint design captures the ethereal color gradients of sunset horizon. Stretched across twenty meters of fabric, these hues offer a sophisticated interplay of materials. Just as in art, our new Vanilla Raspberry Sake Swirl with Calamansi Peanut Crunch and Active Collagen stirs a rich narrative of flavors. Each spoonful is an exploration of creativity and craft, a part of a larger ongoing story.

Introducing our Spring Summer 2024 flavor: Raspberry Sake Swirl with Calamansi Peanut Crunch, enriched with Active Collagen.

This carefully crafted flavor marries the tart sweetness of raspberries with the understated umami of sake, enhanced by the bright zest of calamansi. The addition of crunchy peanuts juxtaposes the creamy texture of the ice cream, while active collagen enriches its smoothness. A harmonious blend that offers a complex, yet balanced sensory experience—fruity, nutty, and luxuriously creamy.
