Nanay Lourdes best Halo-Halo in Camiguin! In 1962, Mr & Mrs Lourdes Bacong and Vicente Aranas started their business " Viola's Refreshment Parlor, selling Ice drop, Ice and other refreshments. Mary Aranas Alam, their daughter was interested in helping their business while studying in secondary school. Lourdes "Nanay Lourdes" was at her retirement age, she let Mary managed the business in 1995. Bec

ause of her interest and passion of Cooking and Baking, Mary, continued to develop her skills and studied in Cebu EcoTech School of Baking, Monster Kitchen in Cagayan de Oro and currently studying in Sweet House Cagayan de Oro City. She also learned cooking Foreign cuisines like Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Filipino Cuisines to help enhanced her expertise. Under the new management, they decided to change the name of the business, her parents had chosen "Viola Snack Bar", named after the youngest daughter of Mr & Mrs Lourdes & Vicente Aranas, Mary's sister. Viola Snack Bar is known for her Halo-Halo, the best in Camiguin!, not only that, they are also famous for their palabok, spaghetti, Cakes like Ube, chocolate, buko Pandan, Siopao and so much more. Today, Mary is promoting her first Crema Delight, it comes with cheese Cake, Banana (Sab-a) and young coconut. So many sweets and delights that Viola can prepare for everyone.
