SOKOR-avings booth is inspired in South Korea where many people in the twenty-first century have been influenced by their culture in terms of music, dramas, and foods. Due of its popularity, many people yearned to travel to it in order to attempt and discover it. 🤩

Satisfy your Korean cravings with South Korean delicacies like Samgyupsal and Korean Style Corn Dog. 😲🤤

SOKOR-avings Menu:

🧀 CORNDOG (P49) - Cheese, hot dogs, or a mix of the two can be used to make corn dogs in Korea. Prior to being rolled in a layer of toppings, such as potato, it is coated with batter that has a sweet flavor.

🥓 SAMGYUPSAL (P79) - The most common meat in Korea has traditionally been pork belly, also known as Samgyupsal or Samgyeopsal, for a variety of reasons, including its affordability, ease of preparation, and mouth-watering flavor and tenderness.

Asian Foodie Productions allows you to have a taste of different cuisines in Asia. Now, we present to you House of Biryani!

Check out our menu, and come try our foods tomorrow!

First up, we have the irresistible CHICKEN SEEKH KEBAB, which boasts a perfect blend of tender chicken mince, aromatic spices, and herbs, cooked to perfection on skewers, giving it a smoky, juicy, and flavorful taste.

Next, we have the classic KEEMA SAMOSAS, which are crispy pastry pockets filled with spiced minced meat, peas, and potatoes, and deep-fried to a perfect golden brown. Each bite delivers a burst of savory goodness that will have you craving more.

"Moshi Oishi" again on your screen! Want to know more about what awaits you on our booth? Here are two of the special food that we have chosen on Japanese Cuisine.

Moshi Oishi's Menu:
1. Chicken Katsudon with Rice
- A very affordable, deep-fried Japanese Style chicken. Served with a cup of rice, drizzled with tonkatsu sauce with coleslaw as side.

2. Fruit Sando
- Satisfyingly tasty, Japanese Style sandwich made different with freshly-sliced variety of fruits, combined with a whipped cream.

Your Filipino Food Booth is back!!! 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

But this time, they will show you now the street foods that they will offer!

Fill your thoughts with information about their menu in addition to filling your bellies with their meals!

Handa ka na ba? Tara na! 🙌

'Papasa ka sa Finals' Menu:

1. Isaw 🍢

"Isaw lang, sapat na!"

Isaw, a common street meal in the Philippines, is made up of intestines from chicken or pork that have been marinated, boiled, then grilled or fried! The intestines are often coil-shaped and impaled on a stick.

2. Betamax 🍢

"Bet ko yan!"

Betamax is a dried-up chicken blood that has been cut into cube-like bits for grilling or frying. It resembles enormous chocolate squares in shape! It doesn't taste particularly gamy or have a bad odor.

3. Kwek-kwek 🍢

"Let's be quick and get kwek-kwek!"

Kwek-kwek is made of quail eggs coated with an orange batter and deep-fried to golden perfection. This popular Filipino street food is fun to eat and delicious with spicy vinegar or a special dipping sauce!

4. Cheese Stick 🧀

"Say cheese!"

Cheese Sticks are a deep-fried spring roll pastry! It is stuffed with rapid melt soft cheese and served with a mayonnaise and ketchup sauce.

5. Manga and Singkamas with Bagoong/Asin 🥭

"SOUR-rap!"

This is one of the most sought after food items in the Philippines and it’s so rampant that you can see them everywhere placed in water filled glass jars where street food are sold!

6. Banana and Kamote Cue 🍌

"Such a CUEtie!"

This popular Filipino street food is made from fried saba bananas and sweet potato coated in caramelized brown sugar. It is pretty easy to make and will satisfy any sweet tooth!

7. Buko Juice 🥤

"BJ kayo dyan!"

Despite of being naturally sweet, this amazing drink lowers blood sugar levels! It’s a good alternative to fruit juices that are loaded with toxic sugar. If you’re in the mood for something other than water, you should reach out for a glass of fresh buko juice.

8. Magic Water 🥤

"Abracadabra!"

Magic Water, or known to be its local term “Samalamig” is also recognized as a leading refreshing drink in the Philippines. Quench your thirst as we served this drink!

I hope you are ready to achieve the satisfaction of your cravings here with our next booth, Asian Foodie Buddies! But before that, here's an interesting trivia about Japan 🇯🇵

With a variety of foods that you can find across different Asian countries, Japanese Cuisine might be one of the most obsessively studied culinary arts. What can we expect from a country that has a lot of Michelin-starred restaurants? 🤷

Speaking of which, did you know that Tokyo has the most MIchelin-starred restaurants of any city in the world? In 2019, there were 230 restaurants in the capital honored by Michelin. The next highest-scoring city, Paris, has 113.

And now, we're done with that. Let's go back to what we can offer at the Moshi Oishi booth to fill you all.

1. CHICKEN KATSU is a Japanese-style fried chicken cutlet coated in Panko. Drizzled with a tonkatsu sauce to elevate the taste with coleslaw as a side, and a cup of white rice 🍱🍚

2. FRUIT SANDO is a Japanese-style sandwich filled with slices of fruit usually with strawberries. These are placed in a shokupan or milk bread jammed together with fresh whipped cream 🍓🍰

Philippines is not only known for its beautiful archipelagic scenery but also for its distinct taste in cuisine. For our event entitled “CHTM Asian Food Park: Add to Food Cart na ‘yan!” one of our booths will be the Philippines, featuring its iconic street foods.

But before anything else, here's a little trivia:

The Philippines are a great destination for buying pearls!

Three of the largest pearls known in the world have been found in the Philippines. The biggest of all is the Pearl of Lao Tzu, found in Brooke’s Point, Palawan in 1934 by a Filipino diver. The Pearl of Lao Tzu is 9.45 inches in diameter, and weighs a shocking 14 pounds!
