To Our Valued Customers,

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. As the owner of LGBT (Amethyst), I have watched this little business grow because of your trust, your stories, and the ways you have welcomed us into your lives. You haven’t been customers to us, you’ve been family. Your support, encouragement, and loyalty have meant more than words can say, and we are deeply grateful for every visit, every order, and every shared smile.

It is with a heavy heart that I must share an important update, due to unstoppable circumstances beyond our control, LGBT’s operations will continue only until December 24, 2025. After that date we will be closing. This decision was not made lightly; it comes from necessity, not desire. I know this news may be disappointing, and I am truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. We will continue to serve you and fulfill orders through December 24, 2025.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. To our family and friends — your steady support, encouragement, patience, and help during this difficult time has kept us going. Whether you gave a word of encouragement, offered a helping hand, or simply listened when we needed it most, your presence made all the difference.

To our staff — you are family. Thank you for the long hours, the hard work, the flexibility, and the care you put into everything you do. Your dedication, teamwork, and creativity have carried this business through challenges we never expected. We see and appreciate every extra effort and sacrifice. We are deeply grateful to all of you. Together we will get through this and build something even stronger. With gratitude and respect.

This is not goodbye. We promise we will come back soon. We are committed to returning to serve you all again, and we will keep you informed about our plans and updates via our social media channels. Thank you again for being the heart of LGBT (Amethyst).
