📢 Service Update & Payment Policy

Today, we experienced an unsuccessful delivery due to a mobile signal issue that prevented us from accessing GCash to complete the customer's purchase. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

To provide a safer and smoother experience for everyone, PASABAYK FOOD EXPRESS is introducing a few service policies that protect both our customers and our rider.

For Customers
✅ We can provide our rider's name and contact number upon request.
✅ We will send a photo of the receipt and your order after purchase.
✅ We will keep you updated until your order arrives.

Payment Policy
💳 For orders that require advance payment, we'll provide our GCash details before purchasing your order.
🧾 Once payment is received, we'll confirm it and proceed with your purchase.
❌ Orders cannot be canceled after the items have been purchased.

These policies are in place to protect both the customer and the rider from misunderstandings and fraudulent transactions while ensuring a safe and reliable service.

Thank you for supporting PASABAYK FOOD EXPRESS as we continue to improve. 💚🚴
