Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Herb Butter

Ingredients:

โ— 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

โ— 1/4 cup butter, softened

โ— 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

โ— 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

โ— 1 tablespoon lemon zest

โ— 1 tablespoon lemon juice

โ— Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the lemon-herb butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Preheat grill: Heat your grill to medium heat.

3. Season the salmon: Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

4. Grill the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. Add the butter: Once the salmon is cooked, top each fillet with a generous dollop of lemon-herb butter.

6. Serve immediately: Serve the salmon while hot with your favorite side dishes.

Tips:

โ— You can use a grill pan if you don't have an outdoor grill.

โ— To add a little sweetness, you can add a tablespoon of chopped fresh chives to the butter mixture.

Si Aling Marta, nagluto og pancit para sa iyang birthday. Matod pa sa mga tigulang, kung magpancit sa birthday, mo taas ang kinabuhiโ€”pero siya, taas ang panginabuhi pero walay kauban sa kinabuhi!

Samtang nag-sautรฉ siya sa sibuyas ug bawang, naghunahuna siya, โ€œLami unta ni kung naay magtinabangay maglutoโ€ฆ pero okay ra, mas lami man ang pancit kaysa sa kasakit sa gugma!โ€

Pagbutang niya sa kalamansi, nakatawa siya, โ€œKani akong pagkamalipayon, sama sa kalamansiโ€”maski gamay lang, makapalami sa kinabuhi!โ€

Ug pag-serve sa pancit, iyang giingnan ang mga bisita, โ€œKaon mo og daghan, kay ang pancit pataas og kinabuhiโ€ฆ pero ayaw mo paglaum nga mo taas ang relasyon, kay dili tanan pancit naay forever!โ€

Nakatawa tanan, pero sa tinuod, si Aling Marta na-realize nga ang sekreto sa tinuod nga kalipay dili naa sa relasyon, kundi sa kaon nga imong gi enjoy!

Samtang nag-scroll ko sa Facebook, kalit lang ko nakadungog sa balitaโ€”naay bana nga giilog sa iyang best friend, unya nagpatattoo pa jud og โ€œ224โ€. Ingon nila, ang meaning daw kay โ€œ2day, 2morrow, and forever.โ€ Pero mura man nig pagkaon nga wala matarong lutoโ€”murag gi-adobo sa tubig lang, walay toyo, walay s**a, walay lami!

Sa akong kalagot, akong gihunghong sa akong kalaha, โ€œMagluto taโ€™g adobo nga mas tinuod pa sa ilang forever!โ€

Gibutang ko ang ahos ug sibuyas, nag-ingon ko, โ€œKining sibuyas, murag ang original nga asawaโ€”prangka ug puno sa emosyon. Pero wala siya giila, kay mas gipili ang pagpaluto lang nga temporaryo!โ€
