-Monitor purchasing to prevent over-ordering and wastage
-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports

Requirements:

-Experience in inventory, cost control, accounting, or F&B
-Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
-Trustworthy, analytical, and highly organized
