✅ By participating in our 5th Anniversary Promotions (running from August 17 to August 20, 2026), customers agree to the following official terms and conditions:
1. PROMO PERIOD & ELIGIBILITY
• Both promotions run strictly from August 17, 2026, to August 20, 2026
• Valid across all purchasing channels: Online Orders (via Facebook Messenger), Dine-In, and Walk-In takeaways.
2. STRICT "ONE PROMO PER TRANSACTION" RULE
• Customers CANNOT combine, stack, or claim both promotions simultaneously on the same bill.
• If a customer's order meets the price thresholds for both promotions, they must CHOOSE only one (1) reward to claim for that transaction.
• Splitting a single order into multiple bills to bypass this rule is strictly prohibited.
To give everyone a fair chance, our daily 5 slots are strictly divided into two shifts:
☀️ LUNCH SHIFT: 11:00 AM to 4:59 PM ➡️ Three (3) slots available daily.
🌙 DINNER SHIFT: 5:00 PM to Closing ➡️ Two (2) slots available daily.
Slots do not roll over. Once a shift's slots are filled, the promo for that specific shift closes.
3. PROMO 1 SPECIFICS: EARLY BIRD VOUCHERS
• Limited to the first five (5) qualifying customers per day across all channels combined.
• Tier 1: Minimum spend of ₱1,500 unlocks a ₱50 discount voucher.
• Tier 2: Minimum spend of ₱2,500 unlocks a ₱100 discount voucher.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are strictly valid for use on your NEXT visit or future order (Validity: August 21 to September 30, 2026).
4. PROMO 2 SPECIFICS: FREE 500G OYSTER TREAT
• Limited to the first five (5) qualifying customers per day across online, dine-in or walk-in.
• Requires a minimum purchase of ₱2,000 on regular-priced items.
To qualify, customers must show proof of completion for all two social media steps: (1) Comment the phrase "Happy Anniversary UNI-Shi! Uni, Oysters, and Sushi! and (2) Tag 3 friends in the comments".
• The complimentary 500g platter is available strictly as Raw or Steamed oysters with free vinegar. No substitutions or menu changes allowed.
5. QUEUEING & TRANSACTION TIMESTAMPS
• Daily "First 5" limits reset every morning at exactly 11:00 AM.
• Slots are awarded strictly by payment completion order. For online orders, this is determined by the timestamp on the payment receipt (GCash/Bank Transfer). For dine-in and walk-in, it is determined by the official POS receipt timestamp. Initial inquiry messages do not reserve a slot.
6. AVAILABILITY
• All anniversary rewards and oyster stocks are subject to daily kitchen capacity. Available strictly UNTIL SUPPLIES LAST.
• UNI-SHI FRESH SEA URCHIN reserves the right to make the final decision on promo eligibility in the event of any disputes.
