Named after the iconic Brontë Beach in Sydney, the concept is Chef Wade Watson's return to upscale dining, an Australian steakhouse built on premium ingredients, a steady hand, and no unnecessary fuss.

As Chef Wade says, the best restaurants simply serve food you want to eat. We'd like to think that's us.
