Burrata walked into the wrong room.

Lassoni saag. Garlic-forward, slow-cooked, built on years of muscle memory. A base with weight, heat and no interest in behaving politely. Then comes the burrata, set whole into the saag, letting the warmth do what it needs to.

The cream gives. The saag holds. The garlic lands exactly where it should.

Jaya Mishra was part of that early stage, bringing her eye to placement, balance and the final details that shaped how Ranjit’s vision for Agni would first be seen.

Because before a dish is tasted, it sets an expectation.
The colour, the weight, the space around it, the way it lands on the plate, all of it begins telling you what to expect before the first bite.

Not decoration and definitely not excess. Just the small decisions that helped the plates hold their ground.
