For Day 3 of the menu drop, we're bringing the classic, no-fuss refreshments and sweet finish that pair perfectly with the smoky, garlicky magic of our inasal—keeping it real, refreshing, and true Bacolod style.
🚩 Drinks (chilled and ready to go with every bite):
✅ Samalamig – made from a 50-year-old tightly guarded family recipe (a genuine piece of family history passed down quietly through the generations)
✅ Pineapple juice from Del Monte (bright, tropical, and always hits right)
✅ The classic canned softdrinks: Coca-Cola (still our personal favorite), Sprite, Royal
✅ Bottled water – clean, simple, and always there when you need it
✅ San Miguel Pale Pilsen and San Miguel Light, served in bottles (the timeless, ice-cold companion of chicken inasal that cuts through the rich annatto and garlic just right—nothing fancy, just the real deal pairing Filipinos love)
🚩 Panghimagas (the sweet, satisfying closer):
✅ Sebastian's single scoop ice cream – deeply rich, velvety smooth, and decadently good. One scoop is pure comfort and indulgence to end the meal on a high note.
