​We are looking for passionate individuals to grow with dropthebean!

​1️⃣ MD (Brand Directing BM Team)
​Key Roles: Manage online channels (Official Mall, Shopee, Grab), handle product/ad management, and plan promotions.
​Requirements: 3+ years of e-commerce experience (or equivalent), experience in online platform operations.
​Preferred: Proactive goal-setters with excellent communication skills.

​2️⃣ Barista
​Requirements: Individuals who value the barista profession and seek both technical and community growth.
​Preferred: Understanding of latte steaming and basic brewing skills.

​📍 Working Conditions & Process
​Process: Document Screening → 1st Interview → Trial Interview → Final Acceptance.
​Conditions: 6 days a week (4 days off per month) / 9 hours a day (including 1-hour break).
​Benefits: Formal employment after a 3-month probation, overtime and holiday pay provided.
