The PALLET is the brainchild of the Castro siblings Anette, Bea and Christian Hans. They are fourth-generation Poblacion residents. They are OG! The concept is the perfect combination of our passion for food, design, up-cycling and a lucrative business opportunity.
They leased a 408 sqm corner property in Poblacion (which has become increasingly popular also fondly called Williamsburgos, from Williamsburg, New York) and developed it into a true village type outdoor tavern, showcasing both popular and exotic international cuisine. It will houses different food vendors ranging from Mediterranean, American, Japanes, healthy (Vegan/Vegertarian), Filipino Mexican and Filipino favorites. It has seating capacity of approximately 150.
While food parks are cropping up all over the metro, this will be the one that purposefully caters to lifestyle-centric, diversely populated Poblacion that truly embraces the charm of Poblacion and that is, casual, comfortable and a little rough around the edges.
