FIG Fig serves a full menu derived from the Southern Mediterranean Coast of Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, the Middle East and Northern Africa.

Many of the dishes on the menu use sustainably grown produce and meats, including sustainably caught seafood. We have partnerships with local organic farmers, ranchers and fishermen that ensures the quality and integrity of our ingredients. Likewise, food imported from the Mediterranean region come from artisanal producers and many of the wines come from select vineyards.
