A look back at a special chapter for Restaurant Idalia.

Our time at Balmori Suites gave us the opportunity to take our kitchen somewhere new, cook for new faces, and push ourselves beyond our own walls. It was a short stint, but one that stays with us.

Now we’re back home, bringing that same ambition into our own kitchen with seasonal ingredients, handmade pasta, house-made ferments, thoughtful technique, and a menu that changes with what inspires us.
