Our limited run Felipe Arcila is quickly selling out! We love how fragrant and aromatic it is when grinded and brewed. It's definitely a head turner when we grind and brew it at the cafe.

We recommend a 3 pour 1:17 ratio for this coffee brewed at 94C.

We spent the weekend harvesting and processing coffee with our friends, Ms. Catherine and Sir Allan of Mudaan ni Pamilja in Shilan, La Trinidad, Benguet. They gave us a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to manage a coffee plantation and process anaerobic naturals. Hats off to their hard work and dedication in producing such exceptional coffee. We documented our trip, and we can’t wait to share their story with you.

2024 flew by so quickly! This year has been a celebration of coffee's ability to bring people together. It has also been a time of growth, learning, and forging meaningful connections.
