Dr. Wine Rooftop

Dr. Wine Rooftop But it doesn’t stop there: Kartel also serves about any other drink you would want, from cocktails to beers, liqueurs, and spirits. Feeling hungry?

Awarded by the City Weekend Reader's Choice Award 2017 as "Outstanding Wine Bar", the Kartel, opened for years in Shanghai, finally landed in Manila, Philippines, in a magical setting: a rooftop terrace offering a 360 degree view over the trendy neighborhoods of Makati will welcome you every day in a friendly atmosphere. The owner (a French sommelier who worked alongside big names of gastronomy such as Alain Ducasse, in New York and Paris) used his expert skills to select a large choice of quality wines from all over the world. No worries, we’ve got you covered: our French chef designed a typical pica-pica menu, made of all kinds of finger foods, charcuterie and cheese plates, and even full plates for the food lovers.
