A spread of Spanish bites by Private Dining 🇪🇸

Angus beef on toasted buns with romesco and pickled onions, flatbreads layered with roasted pollo, fresh greens, and mojo verde, and crisp calamari with lime and roasted tomato aioli. There’s golden arancini inspired by paella’s socarrat, and soft mushrooms filled with a rich garlic-herb cream, finished with parmesan.

At the stations, porchetta is carved fresh—crisp skin, tender meat, served with chimichurri and muscovado-liver sauce over roasted vegetables. Alongside are simple comforts: garlic parmesan pasta and grilled chicken skewers, lightly charred and finished with lemon.
