A new chapter of Flavors of the Season: where vibrant tastes and bold textures come together with time-honored techniques.
INARI KAWARI SUSHI
Seasoned tofu pouches filled with sushi rice, each topped with a different ingredient: spicy tuna, unagi, kani with mayo, negitoro, spicy salmon, and dried young sardines.
KUSHIAGE MORIAWASE
An assortment of skewered, deep-fried bites: bacon-wrapped asparagus, quail egg with mozzarella, fish cake, pork, and shrimp with leeks.
BUTABARA AMAKARA YAKI
Grilled pork belly in a spicy-sweet glaze, served with radish and kimchi on the side.
KAJIKI STEAK
Blue Marlin steak seared teppanyaki-style, served with sautéed bell pepper and onion.
