⭐️A Star this Lenten Season ⭐️

Vegetable Lasagna. Fresh eggplant, zucchini, red and green bell peppers and spinach in Chef Erick’s special sauce in between delicious al dente layers of lasagna pasta, bechamel and baked cheeses. Many say this is our most underrated dish that reminds them of Greek Eggplant Moussaka but without the meat. Every slice of this dish feels like heaven and definitely feels like home ❤️
