This USDA angus beef ribs is cooked in its own fat for 2 days, then finished on the wood-fired grill to get that charred crust.

Underneath is a velvety-smooth cauliflower purée and a reduction made from the beef rib bones and aromatics. Topped with enoki mushrooms dusted with wasabi salt.

The thing we do differently to our USDA “Super” Prime Ribeye is that prior to grilling, we put it over smoke to infuse it with more flavor. 💨 for maximum flavor, we recommend ordering your steak at least an hour before coming to the restaurant. TIP: Order the potato pavé, truffle prosciutto pasta and roasted broccoli with ranch and cranberries to go with your steak! Message us at to reserve a table.
