We serve authentic galbi marinated for 24 hours and grilled over real charcoal for that rich, smoky flavor. San Antonio Makati which is famous with galbi – Korean grilled dishes made with marinated beef or pork. Following the traditional way to make galbi, the restaurant marinates selected beef and pork for 24hours with the source made with over than 20 ingredients such as soy source, Korean pear

and pineapple that make great harmony and give us unforgettable delicious taste. The restaurant is also along with the traditional way to grill them. To make best taste of galbi, the restaurant serves burning charcoal so that customers can grill the meat in front of them and enjoy it with tasty grilled smell.
