This May, we open the table to something deeper than taste.

Satori presents a Sensory Workshop focused on refining perception beyond the cup. The session will cover the fundamentals of sensory evaluation from aroma recognition and flavor mapping to structure, balance, and aftertaste. Through calibrated references and guided tasting exercises, participants will explore how to translate taste into measurable sensory language.

There is a quiet kind of fulfillment in clearing a table and finding every cup empty.

Our Satori Set is meant to be experienced in progression, with four different drinks, from espresso to pour-over to signature. Each cup offers a distinct expression of origin, process and roast. Seeing all four finished tells us the journey was taken fully, with curiosity and openness.

For us, that matters.

It affirms why we continue to explore, to source and to rotate beans that speak differently from one another. Because the experience does not end in one cup, it unfolds across many.

Terraform represents a new wave of precision roasting in China, with a clear emphasis on origin expression, clarity, and structure. This session is an opportunity to taste across their range side by side, exploring how processing, variety, and roast approach shape the final cup.

Expect a guided cupping format, open discussion, and a closer look into how these coffees are built from green to roast to brew.

Fresh drop at Satori: Nicaragua Las Delicias Gesha, Cold Anaerobic.

This release highlights a meticulous cold anaerobic process, where fermentation is carefully controlled at lower temperatures to preserve clarity while building depth and aromatic complexity. The result is a Gesha that leans into structure and elegance, with a refined expression of fruit, florals, and a clean, layered finish.

This also marks our final Nicaragua Gesha offering for the month of April. With only three bags remaining, this is a limited opportunity to experience one of the most expressive profiles in our current lineup.

We are excited to share that Satori is featuring coffees from , a modern specialty roaster from Shanghai, China known for its clean, expressive single origin profiles and precise, light roast approach.

Part of the new wave shaping China’s evolving coffee landscape, Terraform focuses on highlighting origin clarity through thoughtful sourcing and roasting.

In the coming weeks, we will be serving their coffees across espresso and filter, with retail filter roasts now available for sale, alongside select offerings joining our current bar rotation.

For the month of April, stable slots are now available for the Barista Foundation course.

The program is designed to build a strong, well rounded foundation, covering everything from dialing in espresso with precision to understanding essential café workflows. It offers a structured approach to developing both technical ability and practical awareness behind the bar.

Participants will gain the skills and confidence needed to produce consistently high quality coffee. Under the guidance of our trainer, the course also focuses on developing a clear, confident approach to espresso calibration.
