Set in the space between dito and doon, this is where two childhoods meet at the table.

A dinner by our own Chef Rap Cristobal of Rabbit Room, together with Chef Mark Singson, a Filipino-born, Vancouver-raised chef and founder of FAM Inc., known for creating immersive, multi-sensory dining experiences.

Mark’s journey has taken him through some of Australia and Vancouver’s top kitchens, including AnnaLena (Michelin-starred), and onto Top Chef Canada 2018 as runner-up.
